How much does a valuation cost?

Lettings valuations are conducted for no-charge and can be arranged in-person for a specific property or done remotely. Please get in touch with Kyfer to request a valuation for your property.

Are there any other charges?

No. We aim to be as transparent with pricing as possible and do not charge our clients for anything apart from what is already agreed. We don't mark-up contractor fees either.
